Do you have trunks in stock ready to ship?
Many of our trunks are custom made per order. We do have in-stock trunks and equipment available ready to ship, and certain dealers stock our trunks. Please check our web site and contact your dealer to order.
How long does an order take?
Typical turnaround is 6 to 8 weeks. Rush service is also available. Christmas is our busiest season, so order early!

What sizes are trunks available in?
Large: 22.5”h x 38”w x 23.5”d
Standard/Small: 20.5”h x 32.5”w x 20.5”d
Mini/Bit Box: 15”h x 22”w x 14”d
Is a standard trunk the same as a small trunk?
Yes, they are the same trunk.
How much do the trunks weigh?
Weight varies depending on type of trunk and options chosen.
Large: 75 to 95 lbs. (add 30 lbs. for optional bandage lid)
Standard: 55 to 65 lbs. (add 20 lbs. for optional bandage lid)
What wood is used in trunk construction?
Quality hardwood is used in all construction. Select furniture grade birch comprises the body of the trunks. Solid North American hardwood is used on the trim/bumpers.
What stain colors do you offer?
Standard stain colors are mahogany, walnut, cherry, warm oak, and natural. Paint is also optional. For pricing and information about custom stain colors, please contact an Oakcroft dealer.
Can you put my logo on a trunk?
Custom Vinyl trunks are compatible with most logos. Pricing is based upon the quality of the image we receive. There is an one time setup fee, and a per item application fee.
Do you sell wheels/trunk stands?
Durable urethane caster wheels and aluminum trunk stands are available. Trunks with wheels are not compatible with trunk stands.
Do you sell hardware/metal trim?
Metal trim and hardware such as spring loaded handles, hasps, lid supports, and hinges are available for purchase. Due to the fluctuating nature of metals prices, please contact your nearest dealer for current pricing.
How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate for most items, but can often offer a better rate for larger quantities, especially trunks. Your Oakcroft dealer can provide a quote.
Do you ship to Canada/internationally?
We ship internationally, including Canada. Your Oakcroft dealer can provide a quote.
